Municipal internal whistleblowing channel

Municipal internal whistleblowing channel (internal channel)

Reports of infringements through the Municipality's internal channel can be submitted by individuals who have learned of an infringement within the institution through their existing or past employment or contractual relationships (consulting, contracting, subcontracting, internships, apprenticeships, volunteer work, etc.) with this institution, or during employment or other pre-contractual relationships, as well as by individuals who report information about an infringement in their capacity as self-employed persons, shareholders, or individuals belonging to the company's administrative, management, or supervisory bodies (including non-executive members, as well as volunteers and paid or unpaid interns), or any natural person working under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors, and/or suppliers.

ATTENTION! INFORMATION ABOUT VIOLATIONS IS PROVIDED TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC INTEREST. SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION SOLELY TO PROTECT PERSONAL INTERESTS IS NOT CONSIDERED A REPORT AS DEFINED BY LAW.

The unit responsible for the administration of the institution's internal channel is the Compliance and Resilience Department of the Vilnius City Municipality Administration.
